Construction Process:
1. Waterproof treatment: The first floor need already finished waterproof treatment ( waterproof coat)
2. Solidground: according to solidground condition to polish, mending, clear dust etc
3. PU first primer coat: Painting PU primer on the pitch or cement concrete, primer need to spread evenly, painting on pitch substrate should maintain 12hrs; on cement only need maintain 1-2 h.
4. PU floating coat: after all primer curing enough, troweling the PU floating coat 1 layer, enhance the wearproof performance of the floor.
5.PU finished coat: Painting PU finish paint 1 layer, let the floor wearproof, anti- corrosion, easy cleaning, after all finished the whole floor color evenly, no bubbling.
6. Draw the line: the sport court according to standard white or yellow PU paint based on 50mm to draw the lines.
7. The sport court need maintain one week to let the PU totally reaction and curing.
8. If rainning day, all constructions must stop immediately and take protective measure.
