Today, we show the latest development of adizero shoes, designed for road and track speed. Lead by the next iteration of our record-breaking elite performance shoes, ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2 and the new ADIZERO BOSTON 10, ADIZERO PRIME X and AVANTI Track Spike.

ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2 ADIZERO ADIOS PRO, which debuted last year, swept the road running world, when our athletes broke the world record. In the first season of this shoe, Kenya’s Peres Jepchirchir broke the current women’s half marathon world record twice, while Kibiwott Kandie set the fastest time ever, 29 seconds less than his previous record. .

The updated ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2 symbolizes our ambition to continuously develop elite performance running shoes. It was designed, developed and adjusted with some of the fastest athletes in the world, so its silhouette is lighter than its predecessor.

This shoe features a two-layer re-engraved LIGHTSTRIKE PRO midsole-an improved structure that provides energy feedback. The iconic carbon-infused ENERGYRODS-now visible in the newly sculpted midsole, provides lightweight stiffness and is designed for more anatomically driven transitions, limiting energy loss. The redesigned midsole is combined with an ultra-light, partially recycled polyester fiber CELERMESH 2.0 upper. Designed for speed, flexibility, breathability and support based on athlete data. In addition, a CONTINENTAL™ rubber outsole is added to the toe tip to create a traction zone to support faster acceleration. The new lightweight heel structure keeps the feet tightly locked through non-slip locking, while softening the heel structure to help increase comfort .

ADIZERO BOSTON 10 is based on the tradition and design evolution of adizero, this series brings ADIZERO BOSTON 10. Provide runners with ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2 the best choice for race days, this versatile daily running shoe. Using the same LIGHTSTRIKE PRO combined with durable LIGHTSTRIKE EVA midsole foam, ENERGYRODS, soft upper structure and CONTINENTAL™ rubber outsole, it supports daily long-distance training with durable lightweight riding.

ADIZERO PRIME X As a continuation of the series, ADIZERO PRIME X was created as a breakthrough concept long-distance running shoe. It aims to enlarge the main functions of ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2 without limitation and explore and push the limits of technology. Sharing the same LIGHTSTRIKE PRO midsole and ENERGYROD technology, a rigid blade for rebound is added to the 50mm heel.

AVANTI TRACK SPIKE The icing on the cake for this series is the new AVANTI TRACK SPIKE, which brings the best performance of record-breaking road running shoes to the track for the first time. This summer, some of the fastest runners in the world will wear it on the largest stages of over 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters. It is designed for speed. Retain the iconic ENERGYROD technology and hone the track surface by switching to glass fiber components-ensuring rigidity while increasing the flexibility of the track. Inspired by the rock climbing silhouette, the back of the shoe adopts a SLINGLAUNCH heel structure, which is designed to lock the foot and provide a safe and non-slip fit from the first step to the last step.  

The adizero series was developed using the insight and data of some of the fastest athletes in the world. During the training camp in Kenya, mechanical, biomechanical and physiological data were obtained from leading endurance athletes to understand the present and future of Adidas racing shoes.

ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2 and ADIZERO PRIME X will be available on adidas.com on June 16th, Creator Club members can purchase in advance, and will be available globally from June 18th. ADIZERO BOSTON 10 will be available on adidas.com and some retail partners in June 16.
